reliant uk Frequently Asked Questions
reliant uk Return & Refund Policy
RELIANT's FAQ describes a 14-day return period for unwanted items. Products should be returned undamaged in their original packaging, and the customer is responsible for returning them in acceptable condition; a charge may apply if original packaging is missing. The terms require written notice of cancellation and a returns authorisation. Faulty products may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement under applicable consumer rights. Special-order products are generally excluded from refunds unless faulty.
