Lobsterboys provides live, perishable goods that are shipped at the Buyer’s risk. Claims for product damage or mortality must be filed within 6 hours of delivery, with specific documentation required. Refunds or credits are issued only for losses exceeding a 5% threshold of the total shipment weight. For example, on a 100 lb order, no responsibility is assumed for up to 5 lbs of deceased product or short weight.
