If you are not completely satisfied with your Grey State order, you can return items for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. You can make an exchange for up to 30 days by returning via gift card and repurchasing your item. Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with their tags attached can be returned using our prepaid label. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and that any items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned at any time. All returns are subject to a $15 return shipping and restocking fee.
