cwsellors uk Return & Refund Policy
For eligible online purchases, C.W. Sellors offers a 30-day return period for full-price items and 14 days for sale or discounted items. Returns generally need to be in brand-new condition with original packaging, accessories and free gifts, and require a valid returns number. Earrings and cleaning products are excluded for hygiene reasons; personalised, adjusted, resized, bespoke and other special-order items are generally non-returnable. The company says it aims to process returns the same working day, but asks customers to allow 7–10 working days.
