**What is the shipping policy?**

All shipments must be signed for upon delivery by a person that is 21 years of age or older. The courier will make three attempts to deliver. If no one is available to sign for deliveries during the day, Splash Wines recommends the use of a business address to ensure prompt delivery of all product. Alternatively, the customer can make arrangements with the courier to pick up the shipment at one of their nearby locations.
