**How do I collect my rental equipment?**

After payment, SKISET emails a voucher. Print it and present it at the selected shop when collecting your equipment.

**When can I request a refund?**

Refunds are generally limited to illness or accident affecting the renter, or the closure of all ski lifts at the resort. Requests must be sent to customer service within 30 days after the planned rental end date. Rental days already started are not refundable.

Refunds are generally available only for illness or accident affecting the renter, or when all lifts at the resort are closed. For illness or accident, a medical certificate is required; refunds are calculated in proportion to rental days actually used, and a started rental day is not refundable. A €1 processing fee per person may be deducted. Refund requests must reach customer service within 30 days after the scheduled end of the rental.
