**What is your return and exchange policy?**

We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery. To be accepted, items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and returned in their original packaging. Please note: Made-to-order items are non-returnable. For RI Ritu Kumar items above Rs.50,000, return requests must be made by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91-9372505940) or email ([email protected]). Refunds for these items will only be processed after the product reaches our warehouse and passes a thorough quality check. Special Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

**How can I cancel my order after placing it?**

Orders can be canceled within a limited time before they are processed for shipping. If you're an Indian customer, you can cancel your order directly through your Ritu Kumar account under the “My Orders” section. For international orders, the cancellation option is not available online.
