### eklexic Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any styles. Fine jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. For other items, we accept return requests only for store credit or exchange (excluding fine jewelry). Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.
