**What is DYU Bikes' warranty policy?**

DYU Bikes offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date the initial owner receives the product, covering manufacturing defects under normal, intended use. Complimentary accessories are excluded. The warranty may transfer to a new owner if the original 1-year term has not expired and the transferee provides the original purchaser’s name and order number. **What is DYU Bikes' return and refund policy?**

DYU Bikes provides a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving the item. Returns are not accepted after thirty (30) days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, or the electric bike must have less than ten (10) kilometers on the display, and include all items that were in the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) and in the original packaging.
