**What is Conrad's return policy?**

Consumers can notify Conrad within 14 days of receiving their complete order that they wish to withdraw from the purchase, then have a further 14 days to return the goods. A full return includes a refund of the original shipping costs; a partial return does not. A €3.99 return contribution is deducted. Some items, including custom-made products and certain unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods, are excluded. Business customers do not have the statutory consumer withdrawal right and should request a return through the RMA process.

**Does Conrad offer a product warranty?**

Conrad states that products it sells directly have a minimum two-year warranty for defects in materials or manufacturing under normal use, in addition to consumers' statutory conformity rights. Damage caused by misuse and ordinary wear items may be excluded from the standard warranty.
