**How do I start a return?**

To initiate a return, log in to your account on . Under your orders, select the item you wish to refund and click on the 'Return' tab to begin the return process.

**What if I receive a damaged product?**

Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. For order issues such as damaged or defective products, contact us at support@blackcarrot.in within 24 hours of receiving the products, along with product images.

### blackcarrot Return & Refund Policy

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. For partial returns, only hand over the specified items to the pickup agent. Once items are picked up and pass our quality check, a store credit (voucher) for the item value, minus pickup charges, will be issued. Pickup charges are ₹249 for orders below ₹5,000.
